CIP Detergents and Sanitizers, Food Industry.
The frequency and procedures for cleaning and disinfection of the circuits where food and beverages are processed are critical to ensuring food safety.
Avoid possible potential illnesses from food borne known as ETA, are the foundation to promote automated cleaning systems such as CIP (cleaning in place).
The purpose of CIP systems is to remove deposits of organic compounds typical of the precipitate process of proteins, carbohydrates, fat, minerals and others, which are the nutritional base for bacterial growth and bio-film formation bio-corrosion precursors.
Sanitation of the circuits and ponds have different special features for the open areas:

Chemical Cleaning Equipment and Process Lines
To carry out chemical cleaning of lines and equipment, Aguasin has the following range of cleaning chemical equipment:
• Neutral Detergents DECASOL 600-700: For the treatment of surfaces that contain little or no fat.
• Acid detergents corrosion inhibitors DECASOL 800 - 300 - 880: For the treatment of soiled surfaces as mineral oxides, calcium deposits, encrustations.
• Alkaline detergents DECASOL LI 3009: For the treatment of surfaces with greasy dirt, oils and waxes.
• Disinfectants detergents DECASOL T2- ANIOSTERIL EAS: For three CIP application stages, where the multifunctional detergent product application is desired, acid or basic.
• DECASOL 3015- CD-150-3055 LI disinfectants: Application of surface disinfection such as chlorinated compounds, quaternary ammonium compounds, peroxide and chlorine dioxide.

Water Ponds Sanitation and Cleaning Service
Potable water storage ponds play a key role in supplying the goods in order to maintain constant supply.
In order to maintain the ponds free of contaminants, a cleaning and proper disinfection must be run. Because of this a series of definitions must be done in the field visit to what kind of process to apply.
