Industrial Chemicals
Granular calcium hypochlorite
Primarily used in the disinfection of drinking water or industrial processes. For its high availability of chlorine (65%) it is used in those facilities located at large distances, where the transfer of sodium hypochlorite is at high cost.
When the product is dissolved in water it generated hypochlorite ions, which with water form hypochlorous acid. The latter drifts the hypochlorous acid which is the substance that removes water microorganisms.
Calcium hypochlorite tablets
Used in the chlorination of drinking water in ponds or disinfection through low water flows.
There are tablets that are compacted with hypochlorite calcium In these tablets, the material retains the shape and cohesion of tablet's hardness allowing a slow dissolution on contact with water.
Dechlorination Tablets
It is based from agglomerated and compacted sulfite sodium. Sulfite sodium is a strong reducing agent and reacts with chlorine (a strong oxidant) inactivating water content. Its use is always required when using chlorine as a disinfectant to be necessary to remove the residual chlorine to avoid polluting the environment.
This product also allows chloramines removal, thereby decreasing the risk of trihalomethane compounds formation that are carcinogenic.
Dioxide A and Dioxide B
Formulated products to generate chlorine dioxide equipment (CIO2) in-situ production of large volumes of this product, which is a powerful biocide, used both in the sanitation of drinking water and industrial (especially virus removal).
Regenerating Products
Regenerating products are to activate various materials used in the packaging of water, such as ion exchange resins and special media filters, requiring periodic regeneration to operate.
For regenerating ion exchange resins

• CATIONAC A (hydrochloric acid to regenerate demineralizers) and CATIONAC S (caustic soda to regenerate demineralizers).
Purity specifications of regenerating chemicals are ensured with the use of these products to ensure that the ion exchange resins in the demineralization process do not suffer contamination by other compounds insoluble materials that can reduce its capacity. High content of iron in acid or high content of chloride in the soda can reduce the efficiency of the resin to 10% by generating undesirable ion leakage.
