This analysis is done through a theoretical simulation of the variables that govern the phenomenon of membrane purification. The membrane technology is also used in units of nano-filtration, ultra-filtration and micro-filtration. The ultrafiltration and microfiltration membranes are using technologies similar to those of reverse osmosis, however its composition allows the separation of contaminants with larger molecular structures (+ / - 90000-100000 Daltons).

Reverse osmosis equipment brand AGUASIN are automatic and are designed for demineralized water production from a minimum of 2.35 m³ / day to 100 m³ / h or so. This equipments are composed of high-pressure drive, arrangement of pipes and membranes, a washing system (optional), instrumentation for controlling the operation of the equipment, power control board and electrical control to command the operation of the system.
The reverse osmosis equipment are usually complemented by other systems before and after treatment, so they are designed according to customer needs, quality of water supply and effluent requirements. These teams are used in all processes that require water with low salt content, for clinics, for domestic, industrial processes, cooling water, drinking water and water for boilers, among others.
The selection of the machine must be done through a simulation of a program that combines all the most important operating variables.
